We went to the doctor yesterday, St Patrick's Day 2008, and got another ultrasound. Strong heartbeat. He/She is bigger than a 10 week 5 day fetus is normally, and is measuring like a 11 week 2 day old baby. But we aren't going to change the due date just yet, but most likely he/she will come earlier than previously expected. When they were taking the ultrasound, the baby was lounging on the bottom of the womb (like in the picture above) so the tech poked on my tummy a few times and he/she started bouncing around, limbs flailing, it was so neat. It is becoming more and more real everytime we go to the doctor. By the way, the "CRL" letters that are written next to the baby's head stand for "Crown Rump Length"...it's not GRL and doesn't mean "girl" (just yet)! We will be able to determine the sex of the baby around May 22nd; I can't wait!
Check out Dale's blog about yesterday...
